Aromatherapy can be an amazing tool to help you manage numerous conditions to maintain or improve your overall wellbeing. Whilst massage is the most common application of aromatherapy, there are other methods that can be incorporated into everyday life that will enable you to benefit from the oils outside of your treatment time.
Your initial appointment will include a consultation to establish goals for your treatment. I will blend a massage oil specifically for your treatment and I will send you home with a product to use away from the treatment room.
At subsequent appointments we will review how you feel compared to your first appointment and we will adjust the oils we use as your circumstances change.
